I found Uno Property Management as I had a house for rent. Monica organized everything for me. Things were sorted step by step, methodically and in full swing after the contract was signed, Monica told me when and where she will be seeing the tenants and what they will talk about. After the meeting with tenants, she will contact me and update date me about the result and briefly tell me what I need to think, if anything that I do not know how to make the decision, she will give me some suggestions and the good and bad sides and help me to find the best solution. In conclusion, when dealing with Monica and her company, you always know what she is doing for me, and what I need. Everything is clear. I am very satisfied with Monica’s working and I enjoy working with this company.
